  • Where is Mill Creek Resort?

We’re located on Hwy 172, off Hwy 36, about halfway between Red Bluff and Susanville in Northern California. Read more about Mill Creek Resort here: https://www.millcreekresort.net/

  • Where’s the nearest town for services?

Chester is located 25 miles east, where you will find full services such as a grocery store, hospital, gas stations, restaurants, and banks. Besides our limited camp store, there are a few small convenience stores located in both Mineral and Child’s Meadow, both about 10-15 minutes away.

  • Is there cell phone service or Wi-Fi available at the resort?

There is spotty cell phone service around the property, with AT&T having the best coverage. We do, although, have a landline telephone for emergency use. Unfortunately, we do not have Wi-Fi at the resort, nor is there any available anywhere in Mill Creek. However, a few businesses in Chester offer free Wi-Fi access.

  • Can I skip certain activities?

Of course! No single workshop, class, or activity is mandatory. We encourage you to join us in all of the activities, but you’ll never be pressured into doing something you’d rather not do.

  • What if the retreat gets canceled?

If we are forced to cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund. The retreat will not be canceled because of smoke, wind, rain, or other weather condition. In the case of inclement weather, we will modify classes and workshops as needed.

  • Can I receive a refund if I have to cancel?

We are offering a 50% refund if canceled before June 27th, 2024. No refunds will be issued if you cancel after this date or for no-shows. Tickets, although, may be transferred to another person up to the day of the retreat. Please notify InnerShine prior to the event if you can’t come or are transferring your ticket to someone else.

  • Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately, no. Pets are usually allowed in our cabins and campground, but we’re asking that you leave your furry friend at home this time due to the nature of the event. Only registered service animals will be allowed.

  • Can I bring my child/children/significant other?

We are not allowing children or male partners to attend this retreat. This ensures that you and the other attendees can participate fully in an undistracted environment.

  • What’s included in the cost of the retreat?

Your ticket to the gathering includes chosen accommodation, all breakfast and lunch meals (6 in total), workshops, classes, and activities for the duration of the event. Cost includes all applicable taxes and fees.

Optional one-on-one massages, facials, and intuitive readings are available for an extra cost, payable to the practitioner.

  • How do I buy a ticket?

Go to innershinecollective.com/tickets to purchase your chosen your accommodation, which includes entry to the gathering, meals, workshops, etc. (see above)

Payments are processed through PayPal or Stripe. Payment plans are available through Paypal. See details here.

You may also call us at 530.595.4449 to purchase over the phone, or if you have any questions.

  • What are the lodging options?

We have cabins, glamping tents, and campsites available. All accommodations are priced to include entry to the event.

    Cabins 2, 3, 7, 8, 9, and 11 are single occupancy only.

Cabins 1, 4, and 10 are double occupancy.

Our Glamping tents are either single or double occupancy.

The King and Queen glamping tents are single occupancy.
