The InnerShine Women’s Wellness Retreat Offerings

Immerse yourself in three days of radical self-care surrounded by a community of women who aspire to show up in this world as the brightest and most authentic versions of themselves.

Yoga

Each morning, we’ll greet the day with yoga to open our minds and hearts to receive the day’s blessings. Drop into your body, set intentions, and get your blood flowing. Mats, blocks, and bolsters are provided, but feel free to bring your own. While our instructors offer different styles of yoga, each practice is available and accessible for beginners and intermediate yogis alike.


Breathwork

Breathwork is a powerful, active meditation practice involving controlled breathing exercises to reduce stress and anxiety and improve both mental and physical health. Breathwork can shift our nervous system from the flight-or-fight response to a more calm and conscious state of being so you can live a full and present life.


Sound Healing

Sound healing is an ancient meditative practice involving various musical instruments that, when played, create healing vibrations and frequencies to release energetic blockages within a person to heal the mind, body, and spirit.


Massage

By appointment only, treat yourself to a rejuvenating and healing massage in a private studio with our on-site licensed and professional Massage Therapist. Massage can relieve pain, heal injuries of the soft muscle tissue and reduce stress and anxiety. In addition, massage can promote relaxation and produce an overall sense of well-being.

Facials

Using her own wildcrafted, handmade products, Samantha is offering 60-minute facials in the private studio by appointment only. For a luxurious experience to feel completely pampered and taken care of and will leave you glowing, a facial is a perfect addition to your retreat experience. (Not included in the cost of your ticket, payable to the facilitator)


Nature Connection

Connect with your ancestral wisdom to discover and explore the surrounding green world by joining Rose for her Forest Bathing workshop. Take a walk through the woods, listen to the trees, and be surprised by what you can learn about yourself and the forest around you. Learn about local plants, herbalism, and how to be a good steward of the land. We also encourage everyone to explore the entire 12 acres of property, including the pristine Mill Creek.


Nourishment

Six meals throughout the retreat are included in the cost of your ticket. Your body will be well fed with organic cuisine made with in-season, local, and responsibly grown and raised ingredients. Our vegetarian menu is thoughtfully designed to provide delicious and nutritious meals to feel your best. Enjoy our herbal tea and coffee bar available all day.


Ceremonies and Circles

There’s nothing more powerful than when women gather. During our ceremonies and sharing circles, we are allowed to engage in the beautiful dance of sharing and listening. Before the written word, circles were where we learned about the world, ourselves, and each other. We hold this sacred space for women to feel seen, heard, and held safely.


Sisterhood

InnerShine was created to build and nurture new bonds within a group of soul-wise sisters. A safe place where we can go to dig deep, shed layers, and uncover truths. And know that someone’s got our back when we come out on the other side.

A DAY IN THE LIFE…

In addition to the hard inner work, the retreat will include plenty of opportunities for creating art, sharing laughter, dancing, and self-expression. Choose your own adventure during free times— take a walk, a nap, or treat yourself to a one-on-one massage or facial.

THURSDAY:

Afternoon: Check-in (free time to schedule for massages, facials, and breast casting)

Evening: Opening ceremony followed by dinner and wind-down yoga

FRIDAY:

Morning: Breakfast and yoga

Daytime: Workshops, lunch, and open free time

Evening: Dinner and tea party

SATURDAY:

Morning: Breakfast followed with yoga

Daytime: Workshops, lunch, and nature exploration

Evening: Dinner, ecstatic dance, and bonfire

SUNDAY:

Morning: Breakfast, yoga, and closing ceremony

Late morning to afternoon: Pack up, farewells, and departure
